Session 1

After a small problem with Go To Meeting, our first session started at about 7:12pm.

It was a productive meeting. We started with some introductory comments by Allegra. Then a guided meditation by Gloria, Gloria read the first chapter. The whole class practiced the first exercis which is described in the chapter. This was done for just 3 minutes, though the homework assignment is to sit for 15 to 30 minutes every day. We discussed the questions and answers and then closed with a prayer by Allegra.

We would like to apologize for the delay. We tested the program and had no problem with the audio previously. One of the participants informed us that he has encountered the same problem before and the only solution is to start a new meeting. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. In the future we will make sure it is working at 7:00, or we will send you the new meeting ID by email.
