Second Session

We had our second session last night!

We encountered another problem with the webinar software. I will call their customer support today to straighten it out, or we may use a different system next week. Stay tuned to find out. Also if you join a meeting and can't hear anything, check the chat box to see if there is a new meeting number.

Please make sure to use a headset when listening to the call. If you can hear voices coming from your speakers, it creates an echo. We are working on getting the recordings cleaned up and available for the members to listen to. Each week we read one chapter or part, so we have read Part One and Part Two so far. Each part has an exercise. So the homework for this week is to:

Sit still and inhibit thoughts for 15 to 30 minutes per day. Also keep a gratitiude journal or calendar and make an entry every day. We will review the homework at the beginning of each call.
